New Sweet CeCe's Loyalty Program

Fact:
- I love Sweet CeCe’s.

Goal:
- Encourage loyal customers by providing them with an opportunity and reward for explicitly sharing their love of Sweet CeCe’s.

Idea:
- Create a loyalty program (CeCe’s Club) that not only rewards customers by giving them their 10th treat for free, but also by giving them a free t-shirt (Opportunity: you must earn the t-shirt by demonstrating your passion through repeat visits to Sweet CeCe’s)
- When you wear the t-shirt into Sweet CeCe’s, you will receive 10% off your purchase (reward for explicitly showing your support).
- To receive your free treat and t-shirt you must provide Sweet CeCe’s with your date of birth and e-mail address.
- Sweet CeCe’s will then e-mail you on your birthday encouraging you to redeem your free birthday treat. You will likely be out celebrating anyway, making this is a great way for Sweet CeCe’s to pull in additional customers and if you are celebrating alone then you probably need a free treat even more.

Results:
- Sweet CeCe’s is able to harness their most loyal customers to market their company
- Sweet CeCe’s is able to generate additional sales & increase brand awareness
